As a member of the Management Team and the Board, Joanna is responsible for all aspects of Client Services, Sales & Marketing, from strategy development through to nurturing successful relationships with clients and prospects. His expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive designs allows him to delve into the more technical side of marketing operations and campaign execution.
Lisa consults on best practice solutions across a multitude of marketing automation platforms, specialising and certified in Pardot and HubSpot. She prides herself on being a problem solver and passionate about delivering valuable solutions. Her experience consists of both in house and agency side which allows me to consult, design and implement processes with the customer in mind, across large and small organisations.

As a part of the production team, Stojan delivers day-to-day clients’ marketing automaton needs. A tech enthusiast with a penchant for creative writing, He strives for a holistic approach in problem solving, anticipating client’s needs, and delivering value based on established framework of expected outcomes. Dorina is Digital Marketing Specialist at CRMT Digital where she acts as internal marketing technical lead, contributing to task completion of clients’ marketing needs and reports on outcomes. She is responsible for defining project scope, overseeing production works to ensure they align with overall marketing goals, as well as delivering solutions to client. As certified Marketo Certified Expert she advices on best practices for marketing operations and ensures that set up, testing and execution of digital campaigns align with business targets.
Before CRMT Digital, Dorina completed a Msc. on Social Media and Web technologies in Linnaeus University and she brings more than 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing field from international organisations.
Her role at CRMT is within the data team. Annabelle has experience and knowledge of various BI platforms and CRM systems including Power BI, Domo, Salesforce, HubSpot and of course, good old Excel! A large part of her role is supporting marketing functions by analysing data to gain insights into marketing activities, along with reporting on performance.
Patrick’s primary focus is developing for and supporting our Demand.Center and Normalator platforms. With extensive experience in utilizing various marketing automation platform APIs, Patrick can also be valuable in helping solve some of the more technical or complex challenges faced by our clients.
Marko joined the CRMT Digital team in 2019, as a DMS. He focuses on Marketo automation and web design.
Marko uses software to automate monotonous marketing work, automate repetitive tasks such as email marketing, marketing campaigns etc., not just for the sake of efficiency, but also to provide a more personalized and tailored experience for CRMT’s customers.
